Weaving Kit and Tutorial Video
Using a small lap loom and a variety of gorgeous yarns and fibres, create a woven wall hanging. You will receive by post, all the materials you need to create a woven wall hanging, with a 90 minute tutorial video to show you how. In addition you will also need a pair of scissors.
The materials kit includes:
- A wooden loom from Art Cuts (size 11.5cm x 15.5cm)
- Warp thread to create one woven wall hanging
- Plastic needle
- Wooden stick (length 10cm)
- A variety of yarns and fibres in your chosen colour, to create one woven wall hanging
You will receive a password to access the online 'how to' video tutorials on the Crafting with Lyndsey website, showing you how to warp your loom and several weaving techniques including basic weave, rya knots and soumak. The tutorial guides you through step by step to create a woven wall hanging and the workshop is perfect for weaving beginners.
The yarn and fibre pack photos show examples of the colour choices available. Please note that there maybe some different yarns included in your pack but they will be in the colours you have selected.
Your materials will be packaged with recycled cardboard and paper, with no plastic packaging.
Please note the materials for your woven wall hanging will be posted to you and a password to access the 'how to' instruction videos will be on a note sent with your materials. You will not receive any printed instructions.
