Refund or Exchange
We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of sale.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, all craft kits should be unopened.  

To obtain a refund please email us at bloomsbylyndsey@hotmail.co.uk.to receive the return address for your item. Your kit or materials must be returned in their original packaging. 

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
